The Brad Gambrell Memorial Foundation “Three-Day” Hike
September 24-26, 2010

 

For these three days, a group of our dedicated volunteers will trek through the mountains of north Georgia.  Our goal:  to raise funds for the Brad Gambrell Memorial Foundation.  We are participating in this unique “Three-Day” because you and I have the opportunity to help meet the needs of children in this community who are suffering from many forms of childhood cancer.

 

The purpose of this fundraising campaign is to build a strong base of support for the Brad Gambrell Memorial Foundation, which helps provide funds for research and treatment of childhood cancer. The Foundation is named for an incredible young man who battled non-Hodgkins lymphoma for over three years before finally losing his battle to this terrible disease. As a result, this Foundation is committed to fighting childhood cancers and ultimately finding the cure, as well as serving the children currently engaged in this battle for their lives.

 

By sponsoring a participant in this significant event, you will be a blessing of many gifts as we impact the young people of this community.

 

That is why we want to "take you along in spirit" as one of our sponsors as we risk life and limb to complete the grueling “Three Day” mission! In just a few weeks, our group will attempt this feat of endurance and strength and also raise over $15,000 as a team!  All we need from you and your friends, family, business associates, etc. is to sponsor one of us. Will you be a part of this endeavor”? 

 

By sponsoring one of our hikers for $10, $25, $50, $100, $250, or even $500, you will be contributing more than a tax-deductible donation . . . you will be giving hope and special encouragement to kids in need.
